Alumni News: Films In-Production, Award Winners, & Streaming Now
Woodstock Film Festival’s filmmaking alumni have been busy lately, directing, producing and exhibiting their work. Read on for updates about what some of our alumni are up to, how their films are being recognized, and where you can see their work.
FILMS IN-PRODUCTION / POST-PRODUCTION
Woodstock Film Festival alumni and long time friend, Larry Fessenden, just wrapped production on his 7th independently made feature BLACKOUT, shot entirely in the Hudson Valley and currently deep into editing. We look forward to seeing the film once post-production is done!
Long-time member of our board of directors, Claude Dal Farra, produced TO LESLIE, winner of the Film Of The Festival award at the Raindance Film Festival and was just nominated for an Independent Spirit Award.
Board member Peter Saraf recently wrapped production on his newest film OUT OF MY MIND, an adaptation of the Sharon M. Draper novel, directed by Amber Sealy. The film is currently in post-production.
Advisory Board member Ron Nyswaner is in-production on the Showtime Network limited series he created, FELLOW TRAVELERS, starring Matt Bomer, Jonathan Bailey, and Mike Taylor.
Advisory Board member Bill Horberg recently wrapped production on his new film INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR, directed by Tony Goldwyn and starring Bobby Cannavele, William Fitzgerald and Robert De Niro. Advisory board member Sabine Hoffman is currently editing the film.
