The Woodstock Film Festival is offering a limited number of on-screen ads for businesses displayed on screen in theaters before the films begin. With over 100 different events throughout the five-day festival, your screen ad shows as part of a high-definition slideshow before nearly every single event to a highly engaged and diverse audience of over 9,000 people.
Please refer to AD SPECS for deadlines and how to send your ad. Ad must be provided by the advertiser.

On-Screen Slideshow Advertising

Screen Ad (Theaters)

Onscreen ads will be featured before films in all of our theaters , as part of a high definition slideshow, which will highlight your ad and images commemorating the Woodstock Film Festival. Ads part of the in person screenings loop for atleast 15 minutes before the show begins.

Final ad images are due August 25th. Reserve your ad by August 15th. 
ADVERTISER MUST PROVIDE FINAL IMAGE. FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE, AN AD CAN BE CREATED FOR YOU AFTER PROPER SPECS ARE PROVIDED.

SCREEN AD SPECS: 
In order for onscreen ads to take full advantage of the screen size, they should be formatted to 2400 pixels wide x 1350 pixels high. Any ad that does not meet those dimensions will get black borders in order to fill the required size.

🎬 Screen Ad Guidelines for the Woodstock Film Festival

To ensure your screen ad looks its best on the big screen, please follow the specs below:

Ad Size + Format

  • 2400 pixels wide x 1350 pixels high

  • Preferred formats: High-Res JPG or TIFF

    Ads that don’t match these exact dimensions will appear with black borders to fit the screen.

📸 Image Quality

  • High-resolution only!

  • Files must be 300 DPI (dots per inch) at the correct size.

    Please do not upscale smaller images to meet the size—it affects quality.

  • Save files in CMYK color mode for the most accurate print appearance.

The Woodstock Film Festival reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertising for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser or advertising agency and whether or not such advertising was previously acknowledged, accepted, and published.  Use of WFF logo is not allowed without prior permission.
