KEVIN GREENE

Kevin Greene is the managing partner of James Alpha Management, LLC, the family office of Denis J. Nayden. Greene is also Chairman & CEO of Tassat Group, LLC, a blockchain based real time payments platform and Chairman of Easterly Funds, LLC, a liquid alternatives mutual fund platform,  He also serves as Chairman of FDX Capital, a FINRA registered broker-dealer, and FDX Offshore, LLC, a specialist in maritime finance and owner of Womar Logistics, a manager of shipping assets.  Greene’s other not-for-profit activities include serving as Trustee of Kaatsbaan Cultural Park and Brick Presbyterian Church and President of the Oratory Prep Foundation. Greene has a BA in Economics from Georgetown University, an MBA from New York University and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard University.  His wife Hilary is a painter and designer and curates the sculpture and visual art exhibitions at Kaatsbaan.  Hilary and Kevin have four children, Henry (26), Eleanor (24), Alice (16) and Lilly (15), all of whom attended The Woodstock Day School Summer Camp. Mr. Greene’s cousin founded and operated Sweet Sue’s in Phoenicia, New York, using the recipes provided to Sue by their grandmother.
