On Tuesday, September 19, the Woodstock Film Festival held its annual launch party at Libation in New York City, which was a big successs. Filmmakers and friends came together to mingle in celebration and anticipation of the 18th Annual Woodstock Film Festival.

A few of this year's attendees included filmmakers from Against All Odds, All Against the Sea, An Exquisite Task, Beauty MarkCee Cee and the Ex-CalibahhhCocked and Locked, Cold November, Crick and Holler, The CycleIn WinterThe Light of the Moon, Modern Houses, My Name is Pedro, Outside Hearing In, Proxy, The Rape of Recey Taylor, Revengeance, and The Sounding.

The Woodstock Film Festival is pleased to announce the return of this year's Focus on Dutch Cinema, marking it the third year of this special category. Sponsored by the Netherlands Consulate and in collaboration with Bruce Weiss (Ironworks Productions), the Woodstock Film Festival has programmed three exceptional Dutch films to showcase the vast range Dutch cinema has to offer: The Chocolate Case, A Real Vermeer, and Waterboys. We are currently seeking matching funds for a facilities grant that we hope to receive from NYSCA on January 1, 2018. Your support will help us achieve our goal. We raised $23, 310 with a goal of $40,000. The Film Center is the hub of operations for the Woodstock Film Festival as well as the Hudson Valley Film Commission. The facility's improvements would be an asset to the overall operations of the festival and the film commission. We thank you in advance for your donations.

- Gut and renovate 2 office spaces & bathroom ($20k) 
- Electric upgrades ($5k)
- 5 new windows ($3k) 
   *includes removal of old windows and new installation
