WFF goes West! FLOATING CAROUSEL Screening + Filmmaker Q&A

This special screening at Living Room Theaters in Portland, OR features the award-winning FLOATING CAROUSEL which world premiered at the 2025 Woodstock Film Festival, preceded by the short film PORELESS. Following the screening, the Co-Directors/Co-Writers of FLOATING CAROUSEL, Delilah Napier and Lucy Powers, will join for a Q&A. Reception and meet and greet in the Living Room Theaters bar/lobby to follow. 

The event is designed to connect with filmmakers and cinephiles, and strengthen our network of creators in the Portland, OR area. This retrospective reflects Living Room Theaters’ ongoing initiative to expand impactful post-film discussions and bring meaningful filmmaker engagement to the local community. Meira Blaustein, Co-Founder and Executive Director of WFF, will also be in attendance. 

FLOATING CAROUSEL is a dark comedy about dating in modern day New York City that takes an apocalyptic turn - a look at love, or attempts to find it, in a time that has been called the loneliest century.

About the Short Film, PORELESS: A fabulous, queer Muslim beauty entrepreneur must figure out how to compete in a Shark Tank-like product pitch contest after suffering an untimely allergic reaction.
