WFF Filmmaker MeetUp: Short Cuts

  • Jacob Burns Film Center 364 Manville Road Pleasantville, NY 10570 United States (map)

Calling all Hudson Valley and NYC filmmakers—directors, producers, writers, editors, cinematographers! Join the Woodstock Film Festival for an energizing evening of networking and idea-sharing – plus insights from featured filmmakers as they speak about their craft and creative process.

In partnership with the Jacob Burns Film Center, we’re excited to present the next edition of our WFF Filmmaker MeetUp series—this time spotlighting SHORTS. WFF’s shorts program is Oscar®-qualifying, making it a great platform to explore and celebrate short-form storytelling.

Featuring the “King of Indie Animation,” Bill Plympton, alongside one documentary and one narrative short (filmmakers TBA). We’ll screen the films, followed by a talkback with the filmmakers.

After the discussion, continue the conversation at a networking reception in the Gallery. Meet WFF Shorts Programmers to learn more about the submissions process as well as other ways to get involved.

More details coming soon—mark your calendars!
