2015 OFFICIAL WOODSTOCK FILM FESTIVAL POSTER UNVEILING

SIXTEEN NEVER FELT SO SWEET AND YOU'RE INVITED!

The Woodstock Film Festival would like to invite you to the Official 2015 Poster Unveiling at the FILM CENTER, 13 Rock City Rd, on July 29, 1pm.

Noelle Melody and Joy Buran will be in attendance to unveil their 2015 artwork for the festival’s “Sweet 16” celebration from 1pm-3pm. Drop in for a chat with the artists, grab a refreshment, and get up to speed on all things regarding the 2015 Woodstock Film Festival.

The poster will be on display for the remainder of the day, so be sure to stop in! Limited edition signed prints, posters, 2015 t-shirts, hats, and other commemorative merchandise will be available for purchase at the FILM CENTER until 5pm.

Then make sure to walk on down to the Woodstock Farm Festival in the heart of town from 5pm-8pm where we will be hanging out with the new poster and merchandise. Enjoy the farm stands, music, and maybe a falafel or two!

Our Volunteer Coordinator will be in attendance to answer any questions and recruit some fantastic volunteers to join us for our Sweet Sixteen Anniversary Sept 30-Oct 4.

Hope to see you there! Spread the word, let's make this a party!

ABOUT THE ARTISTS

JOY + NOELLE is the New York based animation and design duo Joy Buran and Noelle Melody, living and working in Astoria and Kingston, respectively. They are illustrators, animators and also twins.

Joy and Noelle both graduated with BFAs in Media Arts from Pratt Institute. Their thesis film was the first project they collaborated on and they’ve never looked back.

Together they direct independent short films, animate commercial videos, illustrate children's books and handcraft decoupage glass art for the home.

Joy and Noelle have done animation work for A+E Digital, Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network, TED, Transistor Studios and Hornet Inc, among others. The words “dark, cute, morbid, charming, wicked and funny” have been used to describe their style.

That's the story. They also like coffee A LOT and try to eat pancakes every Saturday.
